AND CONDITIONS |
| 1. |
A deposit
payment must be made once the quotation is accepted, and
before any reservations are initiated. |
| 2. |
The deposit shall be
equivalent to 50% of the package total, depending on the
Shootout and package chosen. The balance payment is to
be made at least 90 days before the departure date. |
| 3. |
For bookings made less
than 90 days before the departure date, full payment is
required before any reservations are initiated. |
| 4. |
Payments will be fully
refunded should the services/hotels required be unavailable
and no suitable alternative is found. |
| 5. |
No cancellations will
be allowed. |
| 6. |
These general terms and
conditions may be superseded by special terms and conditions
for specific packages. |
| 7. |
Judges’ decisions
in each Shootout’s photo competition are final. |
